Kids Yoga is all about having fun!
At Aspiral Yoga our magic formula is the learning of Yoga and mindfulness through fun, laughter and enthusiasm.
We understand children learn through joyful play and that is exactly what we bring into all our Kids Yoga classes. Often there will be the delightful echo of laughter as we move through physical poses, learn with Yoga stories, games and breathing exercises. It is mindfulness made fun. Learning while connecting with each other and showing appreciation for our fellow friends and little Yogi’s.

Popularised in India by a family physician, this is one activity where you can stand in homes and parks and laugh all your stress away without a care in the world. Now an international movement, our club at Aspiral Yoga combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing while sharing our vision of providing an inclusive and accessible environment to anyone no matter what your age or skill level is.
We get it. Life can be hard. Life at times is stressful. One of our goals at Aspiral Yoga is to share ways with you to be 10% happier. Initiates of laughter yoga may be struggling with physical, psychological, or spiritual challenges but then describe themselves as lighter, freer and genuinely happier after one of our sessions. Laughing Yoga’s core premise is that your body can and knows how to laugh, regardless of what your mind has to say. Because it follows a body-mind approach to laughter, participants do not need to try to joke, or even be happy. The invitation is to “laugh for no reason”, faking it until it becomes contagious and real. Laughing is an easy way to strengthen all immune functions, bring more oxygen to the body and brain, foster positive feelings and improve interpersonal skills.
